Debbie has a passion for business. Through her training as a Chartered Accountant she had the opportunity to help many SME’s (small and medium sized enterprises). Following on from these beginnings, Debbie went on to hold senior finance roles and change agent for large businesses both in New Zealand and around the world. Her skills opened the door to opportunities in some large organisations such as Ericsson Communications, Warner Music UK, British Airways, Burger King UK and Europe where she held senior finance roles tasked with driving improvements to profitability and processes. Debbie has experience in a variety of industries such as, Transportation, Communications and Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality including accommodation, restaurants and cafes.
